Refund policy
For limited time orders or Pre-sale orders, we do not carry stock of these items so returns are not accepted. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at swag@projectfirebuddies.org
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at swag@projectfirebuddies.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please contact us at swag@projectfirebuddies.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
